Cancellation Policy
At Boho Glow, your time is valuable—and so is mine! I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No shows will incur in a 100% fee.
I understand life happens, so I offer a 10-minute grace period after your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, or you will be receiving a shorter service. This helps me ensure I can give every client the time and attention they deserve.
